 History of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a province located in the northwestern region of Pakistan.  Its previous name was North West Frontier Province.

 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has a very ancient history and many countries and governments have ruled the region.  Arabs, Afghans, Turks, Mughals, Sikhs, British and other governments ruled the region.
